Hello folks, here I am!

Hello folks, here I am! My name is Davide and I am currently working as Software & Firmware Engineer in a small Italian company as part of the IC Design Team. I decided to open this account to write some posts about my work, hobby and greatest passion: computer science! In the past few years I worked an a lots of different kinds of projects, ranging from the firmware development for micro-controllers to the training of neural networks, from web-app development to small server administration. I know a little bit of everything and a lots of nothing!

In my free time I like to (or at least I try to) learn new topics about CS and I would like to share here some of the projects I developed and I am going to develop in the near future. At the moment I am mainly interested in expanding my knowledge in algorithm to solve optimization problem, so expect some posts about numerical optimization and heuristics! I have already some experience acquired with the projects I made for my bachelor degree thesis and also with some university exam projects, so I thing I will start with some posts about them.
